Allison Glass, founder of Zazzo Group. We are a collaborative of AI, tech, and communications specialists who understand the operational problems owners of all kinds (business, campaign, product, production etc) face on the daily. We work with people who are stretched beyond their job descriptions doing the work of two to three. People who want stuff that needs doing, but doesn't ultimately move the needle (optimizing schedules, maximizing materials and reallocating resources), out of the way so they can focus on what matters most.

Operational Visibility
Worrying that things are falling between the cracks is real and frustratingly all too common. Helping value driven owners and managers see where real problems lurk (they often aren't where you think they are) and what a reasonable and realistic solution looks like is where we shine. We dive into identifying duplicated efforts, poor or no documentation for key processes (that are in heads and nowhere else) and shaky handoffs (whether between systems, humans and their systems or solely among the humans). Systems Architecture
SaaS platforms, comms channels, custom databases and processes are what make up your systems architecture. They are the scaffolding that keeps production moving. Or not. Stitching these various systems together is where the slog starts. A sure sign of where these gaps (traps?) lie is in the oh so many spreadsheets produced.
