Curious minds. Practical results.

We're technologists, data scientists and communicators who genuinely love the puzzle of getting operations to serve (and not the other way around!) stretched and overextended owners and managers. We are curious, experienced and allergic to overpromising, so we also bring a healthy skepticism of hype to every engagement. ;)

Allison Glass, Founder
Allison Glass
Founder
I love technology as a tool for communications and relationship building! These are the cornerstones of productivity, progress and growth. Using APIs to get two systems to talk to each other, optimizing human workflows with automations, creating more satisfied customers through analytics, it all counts toward improving communications and building stronger relationships. On the subject of relationships, Zazzo Group is fortunate to have a growing team roster of inter-disciplinary, inter-generational and cross-cultural people who are curious, industrious and forward thinking. Whether you need help getting more from your existing tech or wrangling emerging AI tech, we've got you.

Data Science & Analytics
Jad's combination of applied mathematics depth and practical data instincts is rare. He rebuilds data foundations from the ground up so organizations can make confident decisions fast. Vague questions become structured models and dashboards you actually look forward to turning to. If the numbers aren't telling a clear story, Jad is the one to set them straight.
Carolina Román
Carolina Román
Product Design for Human & Agent Workflows
Carolina's deep understanding of user-centered thinking and design systems is the bedrock she draws on, creating interfaces that feel natural and seamless to use. She brings sharp questions unearthing what's really going on to every table she takes a seat at. Her current questions are laser focused on agents, designing their place in complex SaaS platforms. She's all in on AI-aware design thinking.

Our principles

Although the tools for doing good work have evolved over the years, the hallmarks of getting good work done are timeless. From the beginning, I championed the principles of early and often, no more than two clicks and paying attention to the squeaky wheel (when no one else wants to). They pair perfectly with a love for communications and relationship building.

Early and often means a week doesn't go by on a project where there isn't progress on a plan, priority list, review meeting, demos or deliverable. Doing so affords course correction early. Smart.

Two clicks is a mantra I adopted early. A person using software or SaaS needs to know instantly how to get to where they are trying to go and it needs to be no more than two clicks away. That's the tech communicating with the person in charge, not complicating and confusing them, but making it easier, simpler and faster.

Squeaky wheels are a favorite. They're the ones in the organization who are "always complaining". "You don't want to talk with them," I hear. Oh yes I do! In understanding their experience, I learn what others are likely experiencing and won't say out loud. Gold. These give you a flavor. There's more, but we can let those emerge as we build our own relationship together :)
